The more you can say about the symptom, the better prepared we arrive - a door that will not lift at all and a door that lifts and drifts back down are different problems, and knowing which one it is decides what goes on the truck. If you are not sure how to describe it, say what you hear and when it started. There is no wrong way to report it. We do not collect an email address anywhere on this site, so a phone number is the only way we can reach you back, and it is used for this callback and nothing else. It is not kept after we have spoken, it is not passed to anybody, and there is no list to be added to.
A note on what this form is and is not. It books a conversation, not a visit and not a price. Nobody can quote a garage door honestly without knowing what the door weighs and how it is put together, and a number given before that is a number that will change. What you get from this is a call back from the person who would actually do the work, who will ask a few questions and tell you what the likely cause is and what it usually takes to deal with. If it is something you can check yourself in two minutes, we will tell you that too, and there is no charge for a phone call that saves you a visit.

Where we are based
The shop sits in Moore, just off the main north-south run through town, which puts most of the metro within a straightforward drive. The map is here so you can see roughly where we work from rather than because there is a showroom to visit - almost all of what we do happens at your door, not at ours. If you are coming to us, call first so someone is definitely on site to meet you.
The pin is placed on coordinates rather than looked up from the address line, so it lands in the right spot regardless of how your maps app reads a street name. Directions open in whichever app you use. If you are trying to work out whether we cover where you are, the short answer is Moore and the surrounding metro, and the better answer is to call and ask, because the edge of that is a driving time rather than a line on a map.
